SECOND CONVOCATION 2018

The Apex Professional University (APU), Pasighat conducted its second convocation last week at the premises of College of Horticulture and Forestry, Pasighat, which was presided over by Acharya Dhanwant Singh, founder and chancellor APU, Pasighat. The chancellor presented scholastic medals to the students of the university.

Delivering convocation address, Singh reflected on quality of higher education and stressed on scientific teaching in universities and also on cultivation of capacity to think analytically and critically.

He also emphasized that if India is to create world class universities and provide high quality education to its students, it desperately needs to attract world class scholars and scientists, principally from abroad.
