The Office of Students Affairs weaves the relationship between the intellectual and social life of the students for their growth and development as mature and responsible human beings. It organises various curricular and extracurricular activities all year round, and students also represent the university at different zonal, state, and national-level events.
The Office of Students Affairs promotes mutual contact, a democratic outlook and a spirit of oneness among the students across different schools on campus. It stresses upon the social, cultural and intellectual development of the students.
The Office of Student Affairs is an excellent platform for the youth’s talent and tests their creativity in the fields of arts, culture, and music, as well as off-stage events by organising various competitions. OSA ensures the generation of awareness and consciousness among the students of the events taking place around them, with a view to better equipping them as responsible and educated citizens and building up a healthy student movement. We have 4 units of NSS and NCC—three wings of defence services—and the Army, Navy, and Air Force are integral parts of the mission of OSA, which creates among the students a sense of service to society and duty towards the country.
