ACADEMIC SEMESTER: (1st July to 31st December)

1. Re-registration:
   1. Without late Fee : 15th July
   2. With Late Fee of Rs. 500/-: 20th July
2. Commencement of Classes: 16th July onwards
3. Application for Term End Examination:
   1. Without Late Fee:   30th October
   2. With Late Fee of Rs. 500/-:   10th November
4. Hall Ticket issued on 22th November
5. Term End Examination: 03rd December to 14th December
6. Announcement of Result: 05th January

4. Hall Ticket issued on 12th May
5. Term End Examination: 19th May to 31st May
6. Announcement of Result : 30th June

VACATION:

• Summer: 11st June to 10th July
• Winter: 24th December to 5th January

TEACHING DAYS: Monday to Friday

WORKING DAYS: Monday to Saturday

OFFICE TIMING:

• Summer (16th February to 15th October) : 09:00am to 05:00pm
• Winter (16th October to 15th February) : 08:30am to 04:30pm
• Lunch Break:
  Summer: 01:30pm to 02:10pm,    
  Winter: 01:00pm to 01:40pm

NOTE:
In the event of the last date being a holiday, the next working day shall be deemed as the last date. University shall remain closed on Holidays, every Sunday and 2nd and 3rd Saturday of the month. The University shall remain open on every Saturdays, during months of June and July. No separate notification shall be issued for Re-Registration, Examination and Vacation.
