These centres are managed by officially appointed Admission Coordinators, enabling prospective students to conveniently access accurate information, explore academic programs, and complete the admission process with guided assistance.

All Admission Coordinators are formally empanelled with the University through a Service Agreement and are authorised to help you make your application and apply for an Inner Line Permit, as well as offer important travel advice, living in the Pasighat Smart City and studying at Apex Professional University.

Admission Centre – Scope, Authority & Restrictions
Admission Centres are appointed strictly for the limited purpose of identifying, counselling, and referring eligible students for admission to the University. Such appointment does not confer any right or authority to act as a campus, study centre, or academic unit of the University.
Admission Centres shall have no authority to grant or confirm admissions, conduct academic classes, organize examinations, or issue any form of admission confirmation, identity document, or official communication on behalf of the University.
The Admission Centre shall:
- Not represent itself, directly or indirectly, as a campus, study centre, branch, or extension of the University;
- Not collect any fee in cash or through personal or unauthorized accounts under any circumstances;
- Ensure that all applicants complete registration and fee payment only through the official University portal;
- Not make any false, misleading, or unauthorized representations regarding admissions, approvals, academic programs, degrees, placements, or facilities of the University;
- Refrain from any activity that may harm the reputation, integrity, or legal standing of the University.
All admissions shall be deemed valid only upon confirmation issued directly by the University through its official channels.
