The Directorate of Outreach at Apex Professional University (APU), Pasighat, Arunachal Pradesh, is the university’s social engagement arm dedicated to building impactful partnerships between the university and the communities it serves. Our mission is to translate knowledge into action through inclusive development, rural empowerment, health awareness, legal literacy, and sustainable practices.
As one of the most active outreach units among universities in Northeast India, we facilitate community-based education, extension activities, student volunteering, and faculty-led development projects that align with local needs and global goals.
