The Apex Professional University in Pasighat was supported by the Apex Foundation, a registered non-profit trust that was set up in 2007 to meet the academic and professional needs of students in the country.
The Apex Foundation is recognised by the Government of India under Sections 12A and 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1960, as a non-profit educational and healthcare organisation. Acharya Dhanwant Singh was a social reformer, visionary, entrepreneur, and educator who established the Trust. For the past 25 years, the group has been working to promote healthcare and high-quality, value-based professional education. Their goal is to build a pool of qualified professionals and entrepreneurs who can meet the growing needs of industry and many professions.
The goal of Trust’s educational programmes is to encourage all-around learning and academic excellence. Furthermore, the Trust has carved out a niche for itself and contributed to the progress of knowledge by stimulating students’ minds and developing their natural talents.
After successfully completing their studies at an Apex Group of Institutions, the students are now well-placed and have either become successful entrepreneurs or joined the corporate world as professionals. They are well-liked by both the public and private sectors in India and abroad. The Trust’s goal is to build top-notch schools and universities that offer good education. All of these schools are known for their unwavering dedication to providing high-quality professional training and research.

The Trust has established schemes and channels to provide free education at all levels for the needy and economically weaker sections of society, aiming to improve their livelihoods, which will ultimately contribute to creating a better India.
