Eligibility: Master’s degree with 55% marks, Ph.D. in the relevant discipline with a minimum of 10 years of teaching and research experience. Candidates must have a good academic record and a minimum of ten publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals. A minimum Academic/Research Score of 120 (for direct recruitment) or 110 (for Career Advancement Scheme – CAS) as per UGC Regulations criteria.
Pay Scale: ₹1,00,000 to ₹1,30,000

They act as mentors to students, update curricula to meet educational standards, and secure research funding.
