The LLB program offered by the School of Law at Apex Professional University as per regulations of the Bar Council of India (BCI) will lead to a professional Law degree.

LL.B. is a three years undergraduate program which focuses on the study of depth analysis of all the relevant laws along with their practical implementation aspect. The program is structured in a way so that the students shall be trained for the understanding of law, as well as the critical, analytical and strategic thinking skills necessary for the field of law. The course, apart from instilling the legal knowledge to students shall also instill a sense of value and ethics, which will help the students not only in becoming good lawyers but will also help them in becoming good human beings.

Eligibility Criteria

For National Students

The eligibility requirement for this course is graduation from the recognized institution. The applicant should already have a 3-years bachelor’s degree in any stream to be eligible for this course. The graduation must be passed with minimum 45% marks.

For International Students
The eligibility criterion for all programs for international applicants is minimum 50% in the qualifying examination and having studied the prerequisite subjects for admission into the desired program

Early Decision Scholarship
The amount of Scholarship also depends on the Phase in which the candidate takes Admission in the University. Admissions in APU is done in four Phases. All the Scholarships awarded will be for a specific year only and for subsequent years, it may continue / discontinue based on performance of the student in qualifying year and Scholarship policy applicable from time to time.

Admission Process

Applicants will have to go through the following process:

Submission of completed application form with all relevant enclosures and application fee
Review of applications and short-listing of candidates
Admission decision taken by the Admission Committee

The decision to short-list applicants for a personal interview and make a formal offer of admission thereafter will be taken by the Admission Committee. The committee’s decision in this regard is final and binding.
