Eligibility: M.Pharm. Or Pharm D. with 3 year teaching Experience 

Pay Scale:₹30,000 to ₹50,000

Key Responsibilities 

Teaching & Pedagogy: Delivering lectures, conducting tutorials, and overseeing laboratory sessions. Developing course materials, curricula, and innovative teaching methods.

Research & Publication: Conduct independent research, publish findings in reputable journals, and present at academic conferences. 

Evaluation & Assessment: Conducting examinations, paper settings, evaluate student performance, and maintain records of academic progress

Student Mentoring: Mentoring students for projects assessing student performance, holding remedial sessions and developing industrial connections for student training and placement. 

Institutional Service: Serving on committees (admission, research, cultural), assisting in approval and accreditation processes (NAAC), organizing events, and maintaining documentation. 

Funding Acquisition: Write grant proposals to secure external funding for research projects.
